Upcoming Beer Festivals

46th Loughborough Beer Festival

Date: 2 March 2023 to 04 March 2023
Summary: Town Hall, Loughborough
Details:

Loughborough & North Leicestershire CAMRA’s 46th Beer Festival moves to Loughborough Town Hall for 2023. With a choice of over 100 Real Ales, Ciders and Craft Beers from Local and regional breweries from across the UK, there should be something for everyone to choose from. In addition to a Craft Gin & Prosecco Bar, there will be live music Saturday afternoon from The Traveling Mowselberries and Saturday night, Wellard Willy playing pop and rock covers with their unique twist.

The main details of the festival are below

Dates & Times: 2nd to 4th March 12pm to 11pm
The festival will be open Thursday 2nd of March at 12pm and close at 11pm and the same hours on Friday & Saturday the 3rd & 4th March at Loughborough Town Hall, Market Place, Loughborough.

Token system: Contactless / card payment is preferred. Cash will only be accepted at the front desk.
The festival will be cashless and will use prepaid beer tokens purchasable in £5 denominations. Tokens can also be used for food purchases.

Additional tokens can be purchased at the Keg / Cider bar, adjacent to the main hall, accepting card payments only. If you require more tokens and wish to pay cash, you will have to return to the front desk.

Drinks: served in 1/3, 1/2 & Pint measures. Beer to take home in 2-pint containers.
The festival will be in the Victoria Room on the first floor and can be accessed by the stairs or one of 2 lifts. The larger venue will allow us to provide significantly more seating than the previous one, which we are sure will be welcomed.

Food: Available all sessions. Cash will not be accepted at the food bar
Hot / cold food and other snacks will be available from a food bar located on the mezzanine floor. Which again is a larger area providing more seating and is accessible via the main staircase or lift. Food etc. can be purchased via contactless / card or use the value on your beer tokens.

Help!: Volunteering at the festival.
The festival is run entirely by volunteers, and we never have enough! If you’re a CAMRA member & would like to volunteer, please get in touch with us at: staffing@loughboroughcamra.co.uk or download the staffing form (doc version), or staffing form (pdf version)
